1, the installation location needs to be well ventilated, generator end should have enough air inlet, diesel engine end should have a good air outlet. The air outlet area should be greater than the water tank area 1.5 times more.

2, the installation of the surrounding area should be kept clean, avoid placing in the vicinity of corrosive gases and vapours that can produce acidic, alkaline and other items. Conditional should be equipped with fire extinguishing devices.

3, in the indoor use, must be the exhaust pipe through the guide outdoor, the pipe diameter must be ≥ silencer diameter of the smoke pipe, connected to the pipe elbow should not be more than 3, to ensure that the exhaust smoke smooth, and should be tilted downward 5-10 degrees, to avoid rainwater injection; if the exhaust pipe is installed vertically upward, must be installed with a rain cover.

4、When the foundation is made of concrete, a level ruler should be used to measure its level during installation, so that the unit can be fixed on a horizontal foundation. There should be special anti-vibration pads or foot bolts between the generator set and the foundation.

5, the generator set shell must have a reliable protective grounding, the need to have a neutral point of direct grounding of the generator, then must be carried out by professionals neutral grounding, and the configuration of lightning protection devices, it is strictly prohibited to use the utility grounding device for the neutral point of direct grounding.

6, the generator and the utility of the two-way switch must be very reliable, in order to prevent reverse power. The reliability of the two-way switch wiring needs to be approved by the local power supply department's inspection.
