Platform Self-discipline Convention of Jiangsu Senci Electric Machinery Co., Ltd.

I. General Provisions

In order to build a clear, harmonious, green and healthy network environment, maintain the order of network civilisation, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of users, Jiangsu SINCHER Mechanical & Electrical Co. The Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Minors, the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency, the Provisions on Ecological Governance of Network Information Content and other relevant laws and regulations as well as the management policies of the competent authorities, and the platform and the users jointly formulate the "Self-discipline Convention of the XX Platform" (hereinafter referred to as "the Convention").

The platform advocates the following behaviours

(1) Participate in the construction of network civilisation, produce content works in line with the national policy, serve the overall economic and social development, reflect the development trend of the times, and reflect the achievements of the construction of a strong nation, so as to rally for the construction of a modern and strong nation and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

(2) Work together to establish an atmosphere of equality and friendship in public opinion, and respect other users of the platform. Care for the group of minors, care for the group of the elderly, respect for gender equality; do not attack, abuse, insult, slander, discriminate against others, and do not violate the legitimate rights and interests of others;

(3) Encourage users to post original, high-quality content, pay attention to the correct use of words, reduce the use of pinyin acronyms and other expressions that are likely to cause ambiguity, and consciously abide by the language and writing standards;

(4) Promote users to publish positive and healthy content, eliminate the dissemination of content without scientific evidence, and advocate that users do not create rumours, do not spread rumours, do not believe in rumours, and work together to build a clear network home;

(5) Users need to pass the authentication of real identity information before the first use, keep the account information properly, use the account authority reasonably, and do not lend or transfer the user account privately in any way. The platform promises to safeguard the security of users' personal information and standardise the handling of data activities;

(6) Users are advised to raise awareness of network security precautions, and should be alert to the high incidence of network fraud areas and behaviours, such as online dating, induced gambling, loans, rebates, winning prizes, and part-time network likers. If abnormalities are detected, they can be reported to the platform at any time.

Third, the platform prohibits the following behaviours

The content released by the user needs to comply with the "Network Security Law", "Measures for the Administration of Internet Information Services", "Provisions on Ecological Governance of Network Information Content" and other laws and regulations, and shall not release or disseminate information containing the following content:

(i) Information that endangers national and social security and other violations of the law

1. Opposing the basic principles determined by the Constitution;

2. endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power and undermining national unity

3. harming the honour and interests of the state;

4. distorting, vilifying, blaspheming or denying the deeds and spirit of heroes and martyrs, or insulting, slandering or otherwise infringing upon the names, likenesses, reputations or honours of heroes and martyrs

5. promoting terrorism or extremism or inciting to commit terrorist or extremist activities

6. inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination and undermining national unity

7. undermining the state's religious policy, promoting cults and feudal superstitions;

8. spreading rumours, disturbing the economic and social order;

9. spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or abetting a crime;

10. Insulting or defaming others, infringing on their honour, privacy and other legitimate rights and interests;

11. Other contents prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.

(ii) Destroying the ecology of network civilisation and other undesirable information

1. Use of exaggerated titles, the content is seriously inconsistent with the title;

2. Hype gossip, scandal, bad deeds, etc;

3. Inappropriate comments on natural disasters, major accidents and other disasters;

4. With sexual innuendo, sexually provocative, etc., easy to make people have sexual associations;

5. Showing gore, horror, cruelty, etc. that cause physical and mental discomfort;

6. inciting discrimination among people and regions;

7. Promote vulgarity, vulgarity, kitsch content;

8. Those that may cause minors to imitate unsafe behaviours and violate social morality, or induce bad habits in minors;

9. Other content that adversely affects the network ecology.

(C) violation of social morality and other acts of bad faith

1. Violating the legitimate rights and interests of others such as the right of honour, privacy, patent right and trademark right;

2. Publishing, transmitting, spreading rumours, false information or other content containing inaccurate information;

3. Publishing content that maliciously speculates and misinterprets the norms of the platform;

4. Publishing information in the name of fictitious or fraudulent use of other people's identities or in the name of company names, brands or trademarks that are not legally owned or held by the company itself;

5. Use any abnormal means to obtain false data including but not limited to comments, retweets, likes and other cheating behaviours.

V. Platform management mode

Ltd. platform provides users with a smooth reporting and infringement complaint channel. Users can report and complain through the platform if they find illegal and bad information or infringement of personal rights content, and the platform will feedback the disposal progress within 5 working days. Ltd. platform will take measures including but not limited to restricting user account privileges, deleting or shielding the offending content, blocking the offending user account and notifying the offending user for any violation of this Convention. If there are objections to the disposal measures.For repeated violations of this Convention or cause bad influence, we will report to the competent authorities according to the seriousness of the situation and in accordance with the law.

VI. Entry into force and change

This convention is implemented from the date of publication, if there are any questions, comments or suggestions.

In the process of normative implementation, we will take into account the actual situation, and constantly improve and update this Convention, and published by way of announcement, please pay attention to it in time.
