Hazardous waste generator information disclosure

(I) Purpose

  In order to prevent hazardous wastes from polluting the environment and strengthen the standardised management of hazardous wastes, and to guarantee the smooth implementation of the standardised management of hazardous wastes in the enterprise, this system is formulated with reference to the Law of the People's Republic of China on Environmental Protection and Law of the People's Republic of China on Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution by Solid Wastes, and in the light of the actual situation of the Group.

(II) Scope of application

  It applies to the generation, collection, storage, transfer and disposal of hazardous waste, training and other activities of the operating units of Jiangsu Shenchi Electromechanical Co.

(C) Hazardous waste leading group and its job Gui

  1.The person in charge of Tang Daikui is the first person in charge of the prevention and control of hazardous waste pollution, the company's environmental protection work is responsible for the overall leadership, the company's environmental prevention and control work decision-making command.

  3. In accordance with the principle of "management of production must manage environmental protection", the Parts and Components Division of the unit of hazardous waste pollution prevention and control work is responsible for the overall leadership; each unit must be hazardous waste pollution prevention and control work into the management of the work.

  4. Parts Division to establish and improve the company's environmental protection network, archives, a person responsible for all kinds of environmental protection statistics, undertake information, file collection and collation, with effective management tools to promote environmental protection work.

  5. Must strictly abide by the environmental protection laws, regulations, standards and requirements promulgated by the national and local people's governments: actively participate in the construction of environmental protection projects related to the company, and accept the guidance and supervision of the Maintenance Division in the business.

  6.The collection, storage, transfer, utilisation and disposal activities of hazardous waste must comply with the relevant regulations of the state and the company.

  6.1 Prohibit unregulated dumping, stacking and storage of hazardous waste.

  6.2 It is prohibited to mix hazardous waste into non-hazardous waste for collection, storage, transfer and disposal.

  6.3 The collection, storage and transfer of hazardous wastes should use containers and packages that meet the standards.

  6.4 The containers and packages of hazardous wastes as well as the facilities and places for collecting, storing, transferring and disposing of hazardous wastes must be equipped with hazardous waste identification signs.

  6.5 Establishment of hazardous waste management accounts, records of hazardous waste generation, storage, use, disposal and other processes of hazardous waste categories, quantities, flows, responsible persons and other information.

  7. Hazardous waste transfer unit shall not be transferred without the transfer of hazardous wastes or with the transfer of the joint list does not comply with.

  8. Hazardous waste transfer unit in accordance with the requirements of the National Solid Waste Management Information System to report hazardous waste generation, transfer information. The Maintenance Division supervises the reporting of information.

  9. The company formulates emergency plans for environmental protection and conducts regular emergency drills. In the event of hazardous waste pollution accidents or other unexpected events, the company shall eliminate or reduce the pollution hazards to the environment in accordance with the emergency plan, notify the units and individuals who may be endangered in a timely manner, and promptly report to the competent administrative department of environmental protection in the place where the accident occurs to be investigated and dealt with.

  10. According to the actual situation of production, deal with emergency accidents in the process of close co-operation with the operating units, safe and effective handling of hazardous waste recovery and discharge, to eliminate the occurrence of environmental pollution accidents.
